New middle school assistant principals

We are happy to announce two new middle school assistant principals for next year - one at Crittenden and one at Graham - and we are excited to see all that they will accomplish for the benefit of our students. Please click here to learn more.

5th and 8th grade promotions

2022We are proud of all that our 5th and 8th grade students have accomplished and wish them the best as they move on to middle and high school, respectively. We can’t wait to see what they’ll do in the future!

Teacher, Employee of the Year

Monta Loma teacher Jessica Rodriguez has been named MVWSD’s Teacher of the Year. She is a champion for all students, and strives to make her classroom inclusive and the curriculum accessible to all. Congratulations, Ms. Rodriguez.

Graham Middle School Instructional Aide Kathleen Lee has been named MVWSD’s Classified Employee of the Year. She is described as a patient and supportive educator, who focuses on literacy with her students. Congratulations, Ms. Lee!

Summer District Office hours

This summer, the District Office, 1400 Montecito Ave., is open for business Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m.- 4 p.m. June 13-July 29. Starting August 1, the District Office is open Monday through Friday.
