Follow MVWSD on social media for the latest news, and join the conversation.

Users shall use the site only for its intended purpose — to share official news from and about MVWSD and its schools.

This account is regularly monitored. Any inappropriate interaction will be promptly removed, blocked, or similarly addressed. Inappropriate interactions include, but are not limited to:
a. Content that is offensive, harmful, untrue, or likely to stir up students in a way that could lead to unsafe or illegal behavior, break school rules, or seriously disrupt the normal operation of the school or district.
b. Content that has nothing to do with the stated purpose of the account — for example, threats, advertising or commercial messages, political posts, or anything else that is not allowed under district policies or regulations.

MVWSD users are expected to communicate respectfully and courtesously and are responsible for their own posts. MVWSD is not responsible for others’ comments or interactions, and those views do not represent the district. References to commercial products or services are not endorsements.

Please contact the Superintendent or PIO regarding any violations of district guidelines on the use of official district social media accounts, and please contact law enforcement, as appropriate. Facebook and Instagram encourage all users to utilize the "Report" links when they find abusive content.

Please note that after three violations, users will be suspended from the account for one month. If a user receives two one-month suspensions, they will face a six-month suspension.

MVWSD thanks you in advance for your contributions to the district's social media, and for your help in creating a safe and vibrant online community. If you have any questions concerning the operation of these social media sites, please contact MVWSD Communications at 650-526-3500.
