Staff housing: Excitement is "building"
The excitement is "building" for our 144-unit staff housing project. Thanks to community support through Measure T in 2020, staff housing will open in 2025 and is a collaborative effort between MVWSD, the City, and Fortbay/Miramar Property Group. The project will provide 123 studio, 1- and 2- bedroom units at below-rate rent for teachers and staff.
