All continuing Kindergarten - 8th grade parents/guardians of students in the Mountain View Whisman School District will be required to verify District Residency annually.

1. Current Lease or Rental Agreement
2. Monthly Mortgage Payment
3. Property Tax bill
4. PG&E bill
5. City Water/Sewer bill
6. Cable Bill
7. Current Phone bill (cellphone or landline)
8. Car Registration (not the certificate of title/pink slip)
9. Bank Statement
10. Federal or State Mail
