Jeffrey Baier
Jeff Baier began his professional journey in education as a sixth-grade teacher at Graham Middle School. He later became an assistant principal at Graham before transitioning to the role of principal at Landels Elementary, where he served for three years. Baier then moved to the Los Altos School District (LASD), where he served as principal of Almond Elementary for six years. Following this, he took on the role of Assistant Superintendent at LASD for three years before becoming the district's Superintendent for 12 years until his retirement in 2022. He became Superintendent of MVWSD in April 2025.
