Who qualifies?
The facility is available to MVWSD teachers and staff who meet the income requirements. Full-time employees have first priority. MVWSD teachers and staff qualify based on current annual gross income shown in the chart below.
* Gross income means income before any taxes or other deductions are taken from your paycheck.
1 person living in the household | $154,800 or less
2 people living in the household | $176,900 or less
3 people living in the household | $199,050 or less
4 people living in the household | $221,150 or less
5 people living in the household | $238,850 or less
Rents
• Studio: $1,350-$2,400/month
• 1-Bedroom: $1,450-$2,900/month
• 2-Bedroom: $2,150-$3,400/month
