How to submit at-home test results

* Take an at-home rapid antigen test according to the instructions in the box.

* Write your name, date and time of the test on the test. Take a picture, and email a clear photo of the result to your principal.

* Submit a picture of your negative test result before returning to campus.

Note: If this is your "Day 5" test after a positive text, remember, the day you test positive is considered Day 0.
