These resources are designed by and curated by MVWSD teachers to be most useful for  our parents.

COVID-19 school volunteer parameters

Dear Parents,
Over the past couple of months, I have talked with various stakeholders, our PTA presidents and local, state and national experts on how to recreate a supportive learning environment; one that not only helps our children to become their best selves academically but also socially.  Moreover, I personally know that as parents, everyone on the MVWSD leadership team (Trustees, Staff, and Principals) recognizes the importance of parent volunteers, their contribution to our classrooms, and to our children’s education.  Furthermore, we also recognize that how schools operate during a pandemic is significantly different than our normal operating procedures.  To this end,
here are guidelines on how we will best replicate parent and community volunteerism while adhering to our current COVID-19 restrictions. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

- Dr. Ayinde Rudolph, Superintendent

Thank you!

Despite the heat, itchy face masks, and social distancing, our amazing MVWSD staff, teachers, and parents have been safely working all week to make sure students have the supplies and Chromebooks they need for a great start of the year in Distance Learning. We are beyond grateful. Thank you!
