MVWSD releases staff housing Roadmap document

RoadmapThanks to the community’s support, the vision of the Board of Trustees and Dr. Rudolph’s leadership, Mountain View Whisman schools are pioneering a teacher and staff housing facility. In a first-of-its-kind Roadmap document, Dr. Rudolph shares how the school district launched its affordable housing facility to address teacher and staff shortages – and how other districts around the country can take a similar approach. Read the roadmap and learn more at mvwsd.org/housing. Staff housing is slated to open in 2024, and more info is forthcoming.

Better Together’s theme this year: Allyship

Ally graphicThis year, MVWSD continues Better Together, a program designed to increase meaningful conversations in the classroom. For the 2023-24 school year, the theme is “Allyship.” Thoughtful allies know when to step back, stand beside and step up in the service of others. We look forward to the coming months with the monthly themes and resources, No Place for Hate programming at our middle schools, and the district-wide recognition of United Against Hate week in November. For more, please see mvwsd.org/BetterTogetherMVWSD
