Staff housing open for leasing

Thanks to community support through Measure T in 2020, our 144-unit staff housing project opened to residents in February 2025 and is a collaborative effort between MVWSD, the City, and Miramar Capital. The project will provide 123 studio, 1- and 2- bedroom units at below-rate rent for teachers and staff.
