Parcel Tax Citizens Oversight Advisory Committee (PTOAC)
The District has formed an independent citizen oversight committee as required in the ballot language of the Measure C parcel tax to monitor the funds generated from the parcel tax. Meetings are noticed in advance according to the Brown Act.
